SAP Basis Architect

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States (hybrid)

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 annually for FTE conversion. Contractor W-2 rate: $75/hour.

What you will do

• Administer SAP landscapes covering ECC, Portal, CRM, BW, BOBJ/BODS, BPC, Solution Manager, and HANA environments.
• Plan and implement SAP installations, upgrades, patches, support packages, and Portal landscape changes.
• Analyze system health and performance, perform capacity planning, and implement tuning improvements.
• Design multi-landscape solutions and develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business and project objectives.
• Coordinate SAP enhancements with Functional Team Leads across enterprise-wide ECC and CRM/ISU implementations.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP landscape implementations, upgrades, migrations, and cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, or an equivalent IT discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ECC, CRM, ISU, BW, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA administration.
• Experience designing and implementing integrated enterprise environments across clustered on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP landscape architecture, heterogeneous system integration, sizing, capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization.
• Experience leading SAP implementations, upgrade initiatives, database migrations, and collaboration across business, IT, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• SAP certifications in Solution Manager, SAP HANA, or System Administration.
• Integration experience between on-premise ECC and SAP HANA Cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur.
• Experience with HANA Cloud Integration, SAP GRC, and application roadmaps.
