What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners to strengthen the campus talent pipeline.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for undergraduate and graduate candidates across internship, co-op, and early-career programs.
• Convert high-performing interns into full-time employees after graduation.
• Design and execute university recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, office tours, and networking events.
• Partner with talent leaders, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition to define university hiring goals and workforce plans.
• Support candidate experience, employer branding, campus outreach, and ad-hoc talent initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience specifically supporting campus hiring initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized and adaptable.
• Action-oriented approach, customer-service focus, creative problem-solving, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with initiative and a commitment to identifying and hiring exceptional talent.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience.
• Flexibility to travel within Ontario during peak campus recruiting season and to trade shows and company events as required.
