Program QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical

What you will do

• Support implementation and maintenance of the Program Quality Management System across assigned projects.
• Monitor consultant and contractor compliance with Project Quality Plans, procedures, specifications, and contractual quality requirements.
• Coordinate monthly quality reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and trend analysis for management review.
• Manage audit tracking, findings, NCRs, corrective actions, quality records, and close-out reporting.
• Participate in site quality surveillance, inspections, and reviews of ITPs, RFIs, MIRs, FAT reports, SAT reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate QA/QC meetings, action tracking, lessons learned, continuous improvement, and escalation of significant quality risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project experience in a similar QA/QC role and on programs of comparable scope.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 processes, procedures, and requirements.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, risk management, and prioritization skills.
