Process Engineer (Injection/Extrusion)

What you will do

• Develop, qualify, and validate processes for innovative products.
• Design products and tooling for injection and extrusion technologies.
• Prepare process documentation, technical proposals, protocols, test sheets, and qualification-validation reports.
• Perform and oversee qualification and validation tests against quality requirements.
• Improve proprietary process technologies and manufacturing efficiency.
• Identify process issues, develop corrective solutions, and test their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Required experience designing products, tooling, or equipment for injection and/or extrusion technologies.
• Strong design engineering background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and process engineering principles.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and scientific and engineering knowledge; willingness to travel internationally 20–30%.

• Advanced technical degree.
• Machine design experience.
