Supplier Quality & Development Engineer

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite work model

Minimum annual salary: €39,000, plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Deploy supplier quality strategies and promote hirify.global Quality Wins techniques for continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct technical, validation, qualification, and sub-tier supplier audits.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and coordinate actions to reduce quality impact.
• Plan process audits for supplier new product introduction activities.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and other functions to improve supplier performance and resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of plastic and metallic parts manufacturing processes and validation.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and Quality Wins methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO-TS certification requirements.
• Professional communication in Italian and English is required.
