What you will do

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain high-volume semiconductor equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct tests and measurements for equipment control, critical dimensions, and process defectivity.
  • Implement improvements focused on safety, productivity, quality, cost, and yield.
  • Execute equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, conversions, and qualifications during factory ramps.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues with suppliers and participate in technology transfers, training, and audits across global sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0–1 years of hands-on experience, including internships, academic projects, coursework, or training; or a relevant master's degree with no prior professional experience.
  • Proficiency in equipment monitoring and adjustment techniques.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process control and improvement methods.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and process optimization.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with process characterization and excursion prevention systems.
  • Experience working with manufacturing tools during academic projects or internships.
