Partner Relationship Manager (Cyprus, Arabic Speakers)

Location: Cyprus; full-time role with occasional short-term travel for industry events.

What you will do

• Identify, acquire, onboard, and develop new partners.
• Manage existing partner relationships, resolve issues, and provide strategic business support.
• Ensure partners follow business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams on market development strategies.
• Represent the company at expos, conventions, training sessions, and seminars.
• Meet and exceed management-defined growth and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in partnership management or business development within financial services.
• Proven success in sales and business development in a competitive market.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and partner-management skills.
• Knowledge of financial-services regulatory requirements and partner compliance.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment with multilingual and culturally diverse partners.
