Manufacturing Operations Team Member (Biopharma Manufacturing)

Location: Waterford, Ireland; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: €27,200–€36,267 per year

What you will do

• Support syringe filling operations as part of the manufacturing team.
• Operate equipment on production lines to achieve required output.
• Manufacture products in accordance with quality and safety guidelines.
• Support production schedule adherence and OEE performance.
• Complete relevant SOPs and training and follow aseptic practices.
• Follow cGMP dress requirements and PPE procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment is required.
• Availability for 24/7 day and night shifts or a 4-on, 4-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts.
• Ability to operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, mechanical operations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• Previous sterile manufacturing experience.
• Experience with MES/SCADA and SAP.
• Understanding of site KPIs.
