Senior Process Technician (Biotech)

What you will do

• Build, assemble, inspect, and mold prototypes, pilot units, and pre-production products from engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Develop prototypes, fixtures, test equipment, assembly methods, and manufacturing processes with R&D engineers.
• Execute mechanical, pressure, flow, leak, performance, verification, validation, and qualification testing.
• Support process characterization, engineering trials, NPI, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness.
• Operate laboratory, workshop, and manufacturing equipment while supporting inspections, material planning, inventory, and laboratory organization.
• Maintain build records, test documentation, traceability, validation protocols, and technical reports in compliance with quality requirements.

Requirements

• Level 6 or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or product development.
• Experience assembling mechanical, fluid-handling, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and assembly instructions.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, or qualification activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
