Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Embed with partner teams to understand workflows, systems, and technical constraints.
• Prototype and ship custom solutions that address gaps between platform capabilities and business needs.
• Own delivery end to end, including technical discovery, architecture, deployment, and handover.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and work directly with client stakeholders.
• Debug and build inside unfamiliar production systems under deadline pressure.
• Share lessons learned with internal teams to improve future engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated experience shipping real solutions to production.
• Strong client communication, executive presence, and confidence to disagree constructively.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, practical knowledge of LLMs and AI-assisted development tools, and experience integrating AI into real products.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or an early-stage startup.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or enterprise AI deployments.
• Previous experience as a forward deployed engineer, technical consultant, or solutions architect.
