Sales Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site

Salary: 9,000–14,000 PLN + VAT per month

hirify.global operates a platform for sellers of used automotive parts and is expanding its partner network across Poland.

What you will do

• Acquire new partners through remote communication and face-to-face engagement.
• Initiate and manage communication with sellers of used automotive parts.
• Qualify leads and assess their fit for the hirify.global platform.
• Present platform solutions and explain the benefits of joining.
• Negotiate and close agreements with new partners.
• Onboard and train partners while maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dynamic, target-driven sales and customer engagement.
• High motivation, resilience, adaptability, and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Automotive market knowledge is highly desirable.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
