E-Commerce Product Manager

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Web Shop.
• Identify initiatives that improve the customer experience and support Web Shop growth.
• Gather requirements, write PRDs, design user flows and wireframes, and define user stories and A/B tests.
• Prioritize the backlog and coordinate development and engineering activities.
• Run tests after release and optimize feature performance and business results.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, BI/BA, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and creative-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and influence multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Background in e-commerce or gaming.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into product workflows or user features.
