Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid

hirify.global operates a portfolio of mobile apps and develops AI-driven technology to identify, optimize, acquire, and scale mobile assets.

What you will do

• Drive development of internal platforms and tools that power the business.
• Build back-office systems and acquisition and monetization products for evaluating, acquiring, and scaling mobile apps.
• Shape AI-driven systems that support acquisition strategy and opportunity identification.
• Define metrics and monitoring signals, and track project and product performance.
• Own initiatives from problem definition through delivery and operation.
• Collaborate with engineering, monetization, data, operations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including building tools and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences, with experience in Scrum or Agile.
• Experience with metrics, monitoring, structured problem-solving, and balancing business needs with technical tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with mobile app development and release lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud, and solid system-design skills including API design and scalability evaluation.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Background in B2C mobile or data-driven B2B products, including SaaS, gaming, or fintech.
• Experience building AI-driven solutions for real business problems.
