Manager, Applied AI Architect (LLM)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid policy requires staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers in Korea on the value, integration, and deployment of Claude.
• Partner with account executives to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions and support implementations using the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for customer use cases, including Korean-language applications.
• Create technical content for engineering teams, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and global teams, including occasional customer-site travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people management for technical sales roles.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
