Aerodynamics Engineer (Military Derivatives)

What you will do

• Post-process and analyse aerodynamic data to generate models for performance, handling qualities, and loads in steady and unsteady flight modes.
• Define, attend, and analyse wind tunnel test campaigns.
• Prepare and support flight tests, follow up in the telemetry room, and analyse flight-test data.
• Generate aerodynamic databases from experimental, flight-test, and CFD data.
• Deliver optimised aerodynamic solutions and data within time, cost, and quality targets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in aerodynamic characterisation within the aerospace industry.
• Strong experience with numerical aerodynamic prediction tools and aerodynamic database generation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Good level of English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Programming or scripting skills in Python and MATLAB for process automation and data analysis.
