Flight Test Operational Activities (Aerospace)

Location: Albacete, Spain; onsite role supporting helicopter flight-test operations, airport platform activities, and physical ground services.

What you will do

• Manage flight operations, including flight plans, helicopter monitoring, take-off and landing coordination, METARs, NOTAMs, TAFs, weather warnings, and external airport authorizations.
• Coordinate ground services, firefighting and rescue teams, emergency trials, aircrew support, and test-flight equipment such as hook-and-hoist and hot-spot target systems.
• Operate and manage airband communications across HF, VHF, UHF, and crypto communication systems.
• Manage aviation fuel supply, quality controls, fueling and de-fueling operations, fuel installation serviceability, and related SAP and purchasing administration.
• Maintain platform readiness through FOD inspections, access control, facility checks, towing support, signaling, and ground-support equipment management.
• Review regulations, update flight-operations documentation, register incidents, and support safety management system activities.

Requirements

• Professional experience relevant to flight operations, aviation ground operations, testing, or aerospace support activities.
• Ability to coordinate flight plans, airport and heliport operations, ground services, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of aviation communications, including HF, VHF, UHF, and crypto systems.
• Ability to manage aviation fuel procedures, quality checks, fueling operations, and serviceability controls.
• Ability to work onsite in Albacete, Spain and support physical platform, airport, emergency, and flight-test activities.
