Senior GTM Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build AI-powered analytical solutions, including semantic layers, database agents, and conversational analytics on top of the data warehouse.
• Analyze GTM data to identify trends and recommend improvements to growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Define and manage funnel KPIs covering pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, expansion, and churn.
• Evaluate AI-generated analysis against ground truth and improve prompts, semantic definitions, and output reliability.
• Automate recurring analysis and reporting using AI-assisted workflows and collaborate with Data Engineers on scalable data models.
• Present analytical insights clearly to GTM leaders and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analyst focused on GTM, revenue, sales, or marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent-based tooling, and evaluating model output quality.
• Advanced SQL, data warehouse modeling, and ETL experience.
• Ability to lead projects, communicate complex insights, and collaborate independently within a global team.
• Practical knowledge of MCP, database agents, semantic views/YAMLs, and AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake as a database agent platform.
• CRM and GTM systems experience, including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with dbt, preferably dbt Cloud.
• Background in financial services, fintech, digital assets, or Web3.
