Senior Mechanical Modeller (Revit/AutoCAD)

What you will do

• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D mechanical services models from concept through detailed design using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce floor plans, plant room layouts, schematics, sections, elevations, details, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve design, spatial, and clash detection issues.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure documentation complies with client, company, Australian Standards, and NCC requirements.
• Support BIM coordination, project deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to junior modellers and contribute modelling best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Modeller in the Building Services industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems, 3D BIM modelling, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC requirements.
• Ability to identify and resolve design clashes, communicate with stakeholders, and work independently.
• Relevant engineering, design, or drafting qualifications with several years of industry experience.
