What you will do

• Develop and execute Snowflake’s developer social media strategy, including platform mix and editorial planning.
• Create integrated social plans for product releases, open-source contributions, technical events, solution areas, and recurring campaigns.
• Lead social coverage for flagship developer events across pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event amplification.
• Write, edit, publish, and creatively direct content across owned and paid social channels.
• Develop paid social strategies, set up campaigns and targeting, promote content, and report on performance.
• Engage the developer community and collaborate with PR, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, creative, and communications teams.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in B2B technology social media, in-house or at an agency.
• Experience with owned, paid, and earned social media strategies and communications.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content creation, trend analysis, experimentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through execution.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
