Senior Staff (Test Solutions Engineering)

Semiconductor company developing custom silicon solutions for enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier data infrastructure.

What you will do

• Own ATE test architecture and bring-up activities for custom silicon products.
• Create test plans, define experiments, and analyze data to validate yield, performance, and reliability.
• Develop screening methods based on application conditions, IP capabilities, timing margins, and process technology.
• Use DFT solutions to characterize silicon variation, define operating limits, and investigate failure root causes.
• Establish test margins that protect product yield and improve quality while optimizing test time.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, operations, reliability teams, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, DFT, or Technology Characterization.
• Expertise in Product Engineering and Test Development, ATE, design-for-test methodology, statistics and data analysis, semiconductor process technology, or reliability and qualification methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical results to engineering and cross-functional audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and engineering decision-making under ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, or R in a Linux environment.

• Experience applying AI and machine learning tools to data analysis, test optimization, or yield learning.
