Associate Director Field Effectiveness and Communications (AI)

Salary: $133,500–$192,833 per year

What you will do

• Lead internal communication strategies for Customer Facing Capabilities and North American field operations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on messaging, timing, channels, tone, and positioning during organizational transformation.
• Facilitate and improve Regional and Zone Business Director Connect & Learn meetings.
• Redesign and govern the CFC Champion program and escalate emerging stakeholder needs.
• Direct AI-assisted production of announcements, newsletters, FAQs, presentations, video, and multimedia content with human quality control.
• Use analytics to measure engagement, comprehension, and sentiment while maintaining communication standards and the CFC SharePoint site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in internal communications, change management, field operations, or commercial excellence.
• Experience leading communication strategies for large-scale organizational change or transformation.
• Experience supporting field sales organizations, preferably in a North American commercial environment.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, project management, facilitation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear messaging and build trust with leadership and field-facing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience managing SharePoint or similar content platforms.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical commercial or field effectiveness experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation, AI-powered analytics, CRM, field reporting tools, or multimedia production.
• Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR and leadership engagement programs.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational organization.
