BI Solution Designer

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and oversee successful implementation.
• Own end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders to validate and approve solution designs.
• Create and maintain technical requirements, connectivity matrices, service catalogs, and other project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, propose system improvements, and support infrastructure scaling.
• Coordinate testing and operations teams during deployment and issue resolution while aligning projects with hirify.global Global standards and compliance policies.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical roles such as development, support, or testing.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one database management system, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Understanding of software development processes and solution design best practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills, with flexibility in ambiguous or conceptual environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of J2EE architecture, API management, and data modeling.
• Experience with vendor management and cross-functional project implementation.
