Sales Commission Analyst

Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Lehi, Dallas, or Houston office, United States.

What you will do

• Process monthly and quarterly sales commission payouts in Spiff for payroll processing and payment.
• Review, calculate, and approve allocated commissions for eligible sales positions.
• Provide ad hoc support for Sales Operations deliverables related to sales compensation, CRM and sales data maintenance, and sales reporting.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Sales Operations, and sales stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Sales Compensation preferred.
• Strong financial analytics, data management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize and aggregate large datasets and summarize findings for executive consumption.
• Experience with Salesforce and commission software.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analytics.
