About the Role

You will manage and scale paid search campaigns across major platforms for the UK and Ireland. You will optimise performance against acquisition and lifetime-value metrics, run geo-experiments, collaborate with SEO, test growth opportunities, and use AI agents to automate workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience managing and scaling paid search in a fast-paced environment
• Excel
• Google Analytics 4
• Search Ads 360
• Campaign Manager 360
• Knowledge of click-tracking methodologies and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of attribution models
• Communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms
• Monitor and optimise performance against CPA and client lifetime value
• Run geo-experiments to validate incrementality
• Collaborate with SEO to maximise search click share
• Identify and test opportunities to scale new-client acquisition
• Monitor emerging AI trends affecting search
• Develop AI agents to automate workflows and reporting
