Structural Engineer Intern

Location: New York, New York, United States of America

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Contribute to the structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
• Support projects including high-rise buildings, cultural institutions, sports venues, transportation facilities, and renovation or adaptive-reuse work.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to deliver coordinated structural designs.
• Assist with construction documents and drawings in a BIM environment.

Requirements

• Be a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
• Have a strong academic record and demonstrated interest in structural design and engineering problem solving.
• Be available for a full-time Summer 2027 internship.
• Work from New York, New York, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint Software, or Revit.
