- Must satisfy U.S. government export-control requirements or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
Nice to have
- Experience with NRC reactor licensing, DOE authorization-basis development, or nuclear safety analysis.
- Experience supporting advanced reactors, commercial nuclear facilities, DOE facilities, national laboratories, or research reactors.
- Experience preparing regulatory submittals, responding to regulator requests, and tracking commitments to closure.
- Familiarity with NRC Parts 50, 52, and 70 and emerging advanced-reactor licensing approaches.
- Working knowledge of systems engineering, design control, safety analysis, nuclear quality assurance, or configuration management.
Culture & Benefits
- Mission focused on advanced nuclear energy, clean energy, defense, and space applications.
- Values systems thinking, end-user focus, unconventional solutions, nuanced decision-making, and action-oriented collaboration.
- Encourages direct engagement with customers, users, and stakeholders.
- Offers a significant stock option package in addition to salary.
