Fullstack Software Engineer (C#)

Location: Must reside locally in Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado, United States. Local work-from-home flexibility is available; occasional travel to clients, conferences, or events and after-hours availability may be required.

Monthly pay: $8,500–$9,583.

Contexture develops and supports Health Information Exchange solutions and tools for healthcare data integration.

What you will do

• Develop and modify Health Information Exchange interfaces, tools, and web-based solutions.
• Build software across multiple platforms using secure development practices and Agile methodologies.
• Participate in product design, technical requirements, code reviews, documentation, and all stages of the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, Implementation, and Project Management teams on technical delivery.
• Mentor Software Developers and help establish development, integration, and release-management best practices.
• Provide tier 3 support for post-production issues, deployments, changes, and major incidents.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of object-oriented software development and Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of experience developing APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, Git/GitHub, branching strategies, DevOps, release management, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Local residency in Phoenix, Denver, or Grand Junction is required.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of C# development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Knowledge of HL7, CCDA, IHE, FHIR, cloud computing, infrastructure scaling, and secure development.
• Experience with JIRA, XUnit, Playwright, Postman, or Cypress.
• Leadership experience in a collaborative development environment.
