Fullstack Developer (Vue)

What you will do

• Design and implement resilient, scalable, and performant solutions for the Aware platform.
• Work across the full application delivery stack using Vue, Node.js, Java, AWS, and related technologies.
• Build web applications and backend services that solve complex healthcare problems.
• Participate in technical and product discussions with engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Apply strong design, communication, ownership, and engineering-excellence practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, system design, scalable web applications, and backend services.
• Professional experience with Java, Spring, Node.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, Vue or another modern frontend framework, SQL, relational databases, and REST APIs.
• Experience with version control, testing, continuous integration, automated testing, web technologies, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication, initiative, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, machine learning, and predictive algorithms.
• Familiarity with statistics and the healthcare domain.
• Expertise with Kafka or other distributed event-streaming platforms.
• Experience with data pipeline technologies and test automation practices such as Shift Left.
