Fullstack (Vue)

Location: New York, New York, US; on-site

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

Weil is a law firm whose administrative technology staff develops and supports applications that help attorneys meet client needs.

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of application development, from feasibility analysis and requirements definition through deployment.
• Build, refine, test, and deploy business applications using the Microsoft web development stack.
• Provide escalated technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train users on in-house applications.
• Evaluate buy-versus-build options and recommend appropriate system solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, requirements, and team structures with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate unit testing, QA testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in programming and database design.
• Application development experience in PC, Windows, and networked environments.
• Programming and analytical skills, including structured programming, rapid application development, and event-driven programming.
• Experience with C#, Visual Studio, ASP, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, query optimization, and schema design.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, troubleshooting, testing, project coordination, and issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue, Angular, Node, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange APIs, Office Add-ins, and Windows applications.
• Experience deploying cloud-hosted applications with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.
• IT certifications.
