Remote Collections Representative (AZ, 11/2 Start Date)

Location: Remote within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona

Salary: $17.00 per hour plus bonus; verified Spanish fluency receives a 5% hourly pay increase.

What you will do

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding past-due accounts.
• Collect payments and support account resolution.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assistance.
• Use multiple software applications and screens while handling customer interactions.

Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Call center or customer service phone experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency, including simultaneous use of multiple applications.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace and wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and satellite internet are not compatible.

• Five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training with 100% attendance required.
• Full-time weekday shifts are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM; Saturdays are required from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
