Manager Sr, Financial Data and Analytics

Location: In-office in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, Florida, Monday through Thursday; work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Less than 25% travel may be required, including likely shipboard travel.

Compensation includes an annual cash bonus program for non-sales roles; no base salary amount is specified.

What you will do

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of financial business intelligence tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze inventory, procurement, replenishment, utilization, shrink, obsolescence, margins, and operating costs across shipboard and shoreside operations.
• Lead planning, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and analytics for repair and maintenance costs.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into executive insights, recommendations, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals while improving reporting quality, automation, and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, analytics, business intelligence, data mining, financial modeling, supply chain analytics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting models, large datasets, executive reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking, quantitative problem-solving, communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience leading analytics teams and enterprise-level initiatives; 3+ years of people leadership experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, logistics, supply chain, or consumer-facing industries.
