Mobile Branch Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Build the retail customer base through proactive outbound sales conversations and customer acquisition activities.
• Sell banking products and services to existing and prospective clients at non-hirify.global locations.
• Identify sales opportunities and connect clients with hirify.global Investment, Mortgage, and consumer lending partners.
• Onboard new clients, build appointment pipelines, and grow customer household relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Plan and deliver customer events at external locations to increase loyalty and share of wallet.
• Educate and coach customers on hirify.global technology options.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
• Reliable vehicle transportation is required for daily travel to multiple work locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Current driver’s license issued by the state where the work is performed, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a GVWR over 10,001 and under 26,001 pounds, and maintain a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
