Focus on integrating programs into DNC systems or machines, preparing technical instructions, and demonstrating results with Work Preparation, Quality, and Production.

What you will do

Define NC programs according to Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering specifications.
Support jig and tool specification, perform numerical simulations, and validate and optimize NC programs.
Develop, test, and integrate NC programs into the DNC distribution system or directly on machines under production-line supervision.
Participate in demonstration tests with Work Preparation, Quality, and Production.
Prepare NC programs and technical instructions, including instruction sheets and simulation tests, for numerical-control manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Professional experience in manufacturing engineering or CNC/NC programming.
Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing design models, including materials, tolerances, jigs, and digital mock-ups.
Experience with programming software and numerical-control manufacturing processes.
Ability to use manufacturing feedback, historical maturity data, and similar prior programs to improve new or existing processes.
