Staff Accountant

What you will do

• Manage fixed-asset accounting, including additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Process and review invoices and perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Research invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Support financial reporting and audit requests while collaborating with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and other business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including fixed assets and invoice processing.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Strong experience with 3-way match processing required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
