EHR Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of large, cross-functional EHR implementation programs.
• Align internal and external stakeholders with strategic objectives, milestones, and program roadmaps.
• Manage resources across related projects and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues before they affect program outcomes.
• Communicate program progress, changes, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying operational best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program and project management experience, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Practical experience with project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning.
• Experience implementing project management software and delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Familiarity with Epic, Aura, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and other electronic health record platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, prioritization, and executive-level communication skills.
