Client Specialist/On-Site

Location: Full-time, on-site at the client site in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for a high-revenue client account.
• Manage and coordinate print and fulfillment projects across internal departments.
• Evaluate technical requirements, data integrity, and job management workflows using database queries.
• Collaborate with IT, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver client projects.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve client complaints and internal workflow issues.
• Negotiate client-specific service-level deviations and determine commitments such as expedited shipping or production overtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of related business experience and/or training in client service.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Technical proficiency in SQL or similar database-querying tools and general knowledge of coding languages.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, ERP, and retail or client-specific software.
