Entry-Level Implementation Specialist (Software)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; hybrid work may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Guide customers through the successful launch and adoption of software solutions.
• Coordinate project milestones and implementation activities.
• Configure software to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver user training and support a positive customer experience.
• Contribute to project management, training, or specification setup depending on team assignment.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer service, project management, training, or business analysis experience is a plus.
• Automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.
