Oracle ERP Solution Architect (Oracle Fusion SCM)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM domains, including inventory, order management, logistics, supply chain planning, manufacturing, product data, quality, and procurement.
• Design and optimize Plan-to-Make processes from demand and supply planning through production scheduling, work orders, costing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Architect Direct Procurement and Order-to-Cash solutions covering purchasing, supplier collaboration, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, pricing, trade compliance, and revenue recognition.
• Drive PLM strategy, item lifecycle governance, product data management, engineering change management, and item master synchronization.
• Oversee integrations with WMS, OTM/GTM, MES, quality systems, supplier portals, Oracle Integration Cloud, file-based integrations, and APIs.
• Lead fit-gap analyses, CRP sessions, design workshops, RFPs, technical reviews, governance, documentation, and mentoring for internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Hub, Quality Management, Purchasing, and Cost Management.
• Experience with Oracle EBS/Fusion, PLM, PTM, O2C, Direct Procurement, and related manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Technical expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, VBCS, APEX, SOAP UI, SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, AI Agents Studio, and PaaS Extensions.
• Knowledge of GxP, SOX, ITGC, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply; new H-1B petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Experience with Indirect Procurement, requisition-to-pay, catalog management, supplier onboarding, and spend analytics.
• Experience with Record-to-Report, general ledger, cost accounting, period-end close, and financial reporting.
