Grocery & Distribution - Project Manager I

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, or Lenexa, Kansas, United States. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required.

What you will do

• Manage execution and client experience for small- to medium-scope projects.
• Develop project proposals, contracts, budgets, fees, and deliverable plans.
• Coordinate project teams, design and drafting activities, schedules, quality expectations, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary project contact and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify conflicts, support resolutions, and maintain project performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business, or relevant AEC/professional services experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management exposure; 7 years required without a degree.
• Basic proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified. English communication skills are required.
