Service Device Release Coordinator (MedTech)

Location: Chelmsford, MA, United States; onsite role involving physical device handling

Salary: $18.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Pick up completed devices from depot locations and store them on the Device Release Shelf.
• Complete Oracle WIP jobs, team tasks, pick slips, shipping forms, and customer correspondence.
• Maintain accurate device-location data and perform periodic storage audits.
• Complete Oracle and/or MES material transactions and move repaired products to Shipping.
• Coordinate completed demo repairs and assist with OBF and scrapped-device processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Data-entry, detail, organization, and oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Oracle, Camstar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
