Logistics Warehouse Representative (MedTech)

What you will do

• Maintain inventory records, complete inventory transactions and counts, enter data, and document processes in Oracle and other systems.
• Pick, stage, and commission work orders and sales orders while maintaining stock accuracy.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming materials and supplies according to established procedures.
• Pick, pack, weigh, label, and prepare outgoing shipments according to specifications.
• Coordinate material flow and shipping activities with internal stakeholders to support on-time movement.
• Support warehouse process improvements, ERP-related activities, and hands-on material handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related environment.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or an industrial or administrative environment.
• Experience with inventory control and receiving, processing, picking, staging, packing, or shipping goods.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with computer-based inventory and operational processes; ERP experience is strongly preferred and Oracle experience is beneficial.
• Ability to perform hands-on material handling and work on-site in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Pick/pack and shipping experience with FedEx and UPS.
• Forklift experience or logistics-related professional training.
