hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Oversee technical support and technology standards for the Denver office and regional locations.
• Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, network, and second-level support issues.
• Set up and maintain conference room, video, and collaboration equipment.
• Manage technology inventory, documentation, support records, training materials, and technical guidance.
• Partner with IT teams and office stakeholders on projects, improvements, and technology adoption.
• Design Power Automate workflows and API-connected automation solutions using business data sources.

• Four years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
• Experience with computer hardware, peripherals, networking, video systems, and enterprise software.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse, Power Apps, and connectors.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, generative AI, and responsible AI governance.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, judgment, integrity, and communication skills.
