Microsoft Modern Work Senior Associate

Location: Philadelphia, United States; willingness to travel throughout the country approximately 15–20% is required.

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead clients through adoption of the Microsoft Modern Workplace, including Windows, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Microsoft 365.
• Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 E3/E5 components and related cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Develop demos, proofs of concept, delivery guides, tools, training, and strategic adoption roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, hands-on support, and escalation management for projects across regions.
• Advise client stakeholders, prepare statements of work, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Office 365 and collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Expertise in identity, authentication, security, privacy, compliance, cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments, architecture, and migrations.
• Experience providing hands-on technical support and communicating with external clients.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, project management, and client-service skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States approximately 15–20%.
• Senior-level experience with Windows, Group Policy, Azure services, modern authentication, conditional access, and Microsoft 365 design.

Nice to have

• IT consulting or managed services experience with middle-market clients.
• Microsoft or comparable certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, or AZ-900.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript.
