Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Workplace: On-site. The role requires occasional nights, weekends, on-call work, travel, and physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

What you will do

  • Purchase production consumables, PPE, office supplies, and other operational materials; obtain quotes and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory, establish reorder points, organize clean room storage, and ensure required garments, gloves, wipes, and cleaning materials are available.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including documentation, equipment, PPE, facility orientation, schedules, and training records.
  • Lead clean room training covering gowning, PPE, clean room behavior, material handling, housekeeping, and applicable procedures.
  • Maintain production records, spreadsheets, forms, and documentation while supporting audits, scheduling, action-item tracking, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Assembly, Purchasing, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to support safe and compliant operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or administration preferred.
  • Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work on-site in an industrial facility and comply with U.S. export control laws concerning controlled or protected technologies or information.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a clean room or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory management, ERP, or purchasing systems.
  • Previous employee-training experience and knowledge of clean room, GMP, or quality requirements.
