Production Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Duluth, Minnesota facility, United States. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: $25/hour starting pay, with additional compensation possible based on experience.

What you will do

• Assist production supervisors with daily manufacturing operations.
• Support production planning and schedule jobs to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate schedules with supervisors and material handlers.
• Monitor production job status and support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering support needed to meet production demands.
• Monitor raw-material inventory and work with purchasing to ensure material availability.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing or robotics equipment.
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments and resolve issues proactively.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements.
