Senior Manager, Facilities and New Office Launch

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; hybrid position with regular onsite travel to clinic locations. Home base must be in the Philadelphia metro area.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD per year

Clinician-founded pediatric mental health provider delivering virtual and in-person care across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland while expanding into new markets.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end clinic and office launches from site selection through Day 1 patient readiness and post-launch stabilization.
• Coordinate Real Estate, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Leadership, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Cycle partners to deliver launches on schedule.
• Direct facilities operations, preventive maintenance, safety standards, clinic refreshes, and vendor performance across established locations.
• Build scalable launch playbooks, facilities SLAs, maintenance workflows, and operational frameworks.
• Hire, coach, and manage regional Facilities Coordinators.
• Oversee FF&E, signage, supplies, vendor contracts, and operational budgets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, expansion, or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end new-site launches and vendor contracts.
• Experience directly managing and developing operational staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional clinic locations.
• Ability to identify site risks, vendor delays, and budget bottlenecks and keep launches on schedule.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or behavioral health clinic expansion experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate leases, local permitting, or ADA compliance.
