Dash Product Owner I (Hybrid - Buffalo, NY)

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, New York, United States; four days per week in-office at the Seneca One office and one day per week remote

Salary: $103,000–$171,600 annual USD

What you will do

• Own the Dash product vision, roadmap, backlog, and alignment with business strategy.
• Represent customer and stakeholder needs, communicate product priorities, and make autonomous delivery decisions.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support Acceptance Test-Driven Development.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams, Product Owners, business partners, senior leadership, and user experience teams.
• Use design thinking, analytics, and customer engagement to guide product design and outcomes.
• Manage product risks, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit-related actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of business, analytical, technical, or product experience; alternatively, eight years of combined higher education and work experience including four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management, prioritization, strategic thinking, communication, and independent decision-making.
• Ability to work through influence, accountability, and ownership in an agile environment without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to work four days per week from the Buffalo office.

• Subject matter expertise in the Dash product.
• Knowledge of design thinking, agile and lean practices, product design, and development best practices.
• Experience with digital capabilities, backlog management, and collaboration with user experience teams.
