Product Owner - B2B & EDI Integrations

Location: Hybrid work required at the Somerset, NJ office; ability to travel 10%.

Annual salary: $90,000–$135,000.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.
• Prioritize integration initiatives with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams.
• Drive modernization across EDI, cXML, trading partner onboarding, and integration platform adoption.
• Translate business processes and partner requirements into product features, enhancements, and technical solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, and release prioritization.
• Track KPIs and improve platform scalability, observability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, EDI Analyst, or in a related role.
• Strong backlog management, Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration, supply chain, procurement, order management, or customer-facing business processes.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the Somerset, NJ office and travel 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, trading partner management, or supplier, customer, and distribution partner integration programs.
• Experience with Boomi, BizTalk, MuleSoft, Seeburger, or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of X12, EDIFACT, cXML, AS2, SFTP, and other B2B integration standards.
• Experience leading integration modernization, transformation, or migration initiatives.
• Experience in distribution, supply chain, eCommerce, or large-scale enterprise environments.
