Technical Content Writer (Contract) (AI)

What you will do

• Write and adapt content for the company and founder social media accounts, including X and LinkedIn.
• Develop technical and non-technical blog posts about research, industry perspectives, company updates, and the expert community.
• Translate research papers, technical findings, and subject-matter expert conversations into accurate, accessible content.
• Draft founder thought leadership, hiring posts, announcements, and other public-facing communications.
• Collaborate with founders, researchers, marketing, and internal stakeholders to refine messaging and incorporate feedback.
• Repurpose ideas across channels while verifying sources, maintaining editorial quality, and managing deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience writing for an AI, software, data infrastructure, or other technical organization.
• Working understanding of AI and machine learning, with the ability to research unfamiliar topics and explain technical concepts accurately.
• Strong writing and editing skills across social media, long-form articles, and company communications.
• Ability to adapt between founder, brand, and contributor voices for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Availability for approximately 10–15 hours per week on a six-month contract.

Nice to have

• Experience writing about foundation models, training data, human feedback, or model evaluation.
• Experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or technical experts.
• Background working with researchers, engineers, or early-stage startup teams.
