Product Documentation Writer (AI)

Location: Remote from Spain; working Russian and English at C1/C2 level required.

Salary: €3,500–€4,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Turn feature specifications into accurate customer-facing release articles published when releases go live.
• Work with the Russian-speaking product team to verify product behavior and write clear English documentation.
• Review AI-generated drafts against the live product, resolve unanswered questions, and edit content to the required standard.
• Own feedback on published documentation by investigating issues and updating articles.
• Refactor outdated content and maintain the documentation freshness cycle.
• Create and update screenshots, screen recordings, and short product walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or product documentation or technology content.
• End-to-end ownership of documentation quality, accuracy, and clarity.
• Near-native written English at C1/C2 level and working Russian for communicating with the product team.
• Ability to read technical specifications, follow basic API behavior, and document technical concepts accurately.
• Ability to record, edit, and deliver clear screen-recorded walkthroughs.
• Self-sufficiency and adaptability in a fast-moving release environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST APIs and developer-facing documentation.
• Editorial process experience.
• Background in product marketing or UX writing.
• Experience in a bilingual Russian/English product or engineering organization.
